Indiana Criminal Investigations:
A criminal investigation is complex. The State has innumerable resources and abilities being able to draw from with often countless years of experience; as well as the financial resources which can be daunting, to say the least.
All too often one is convicted in the “court of public opinion” long before ever making their case in a court of law. This wave of public opinion can sweep over a defendant and engulf him/her in a manner which causes such a distress that they can become totally engaged in fighting their case; long before their Counsel has had the opportunity to rightfully defend them in a proper manner.
Trial Prep has the ability to track this much needed information through many areas such as social media investigations. This has often proved fruitful as today; people seemingly have no problem in placing their life history for others to view via the World Wide Web.
Trial Prep has been involved in numerous types of “like” investigations over the years and is no stranger to the adversities imposed by the State. We can assist your Counsel in review of the State’s discovery thru and including the most often difficult task of finding information many times discounted by the authorities.
This very information may well make the difference in complex negotiations for Counsel as well as for one’s ability to search out the truth and be able to present this in a manner consistent with a favorable outcome in the defense of a case.
Don’t allow the “charging” of a criminal offense to keep you from seeking the absolute truth and fighting the good fight for your rights. The charging of an offense, despite what many media critics say, does not mean you have lost your Constitutional Rights. Look to Trial Prep to assist both you and your Counsel in presenting your defense…
